PhilAm, LLC provides a variety of services to healthcare facilities in need of highly qualified nurses. Our primary line of business is recruiting and placing Filipino nurses at hospitals but we can also perform special recruiting and consulting services for institutions having specialized staffing needs.

We offer a direct-hire system whereby the healthcare facility acts as the sponsor for the US work visa, and the nurses becomes employees of the institution, not PhilAm, LLC. The contact term is usually for two or three years and the nurses are available to extend the contract, after the initial contract period expires.

Our nurses will arrive completely prepared for the location they will be living and the type of nursing to be carried out at the employing healthcare facility. We provide orientations for living in the city in which the nurse will be placed, cross-cultural training to ensure the nurse understands the group dynamics involved in working in the US healthcare industry, and relocation assistance.
