PhilAm, LLC, a limited liability company formed in the state of Delaware, recruits nurses and Allied Health professionals (physical therapists, occupational therapists and medical technologists) from the Philippines and places them in hospitals and other healthcare institutions in various parts of the United States.

Principles:
Robert Dozier (CEO) - Hails from Tulsa, Oklahoma and graduated from Oklahoma State University with a B.S. in advertising. Dozier lived in Asia for over 17 years, gaining a wealth of sales and marketing experience while an active member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Japan.

Kenny James (President) - A Dallas native, played college tennis and graduated from the University of the Pacific with a Bachelor's in business management. James, a fluent speaker of Japanese, continued on to a pro tennis career in Japan and satellite tours in Asia and gained valuable experience managing tennis clubs throughout Tokyo and Yokohama.

Mission Statement: To act as a bridge between healthcare facilities in North America in need of competent nursing staff and nurses and Allied Health professionals from the Philippines whose wish is to work in the United States.

Our business principle is simple: Treat everyone with respect and courtesy and to act on behalf of our clients and nurses with each party's best interests in mind while using Christian-based principles as the guide related to profits, philanthropy, and corporate direction.
